Updated shipping and return policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All firearms (complete rifles or barreled actions )are required to be delivered to an authorized dealer for presentation of the buyers FFL license, for authorized transfer of the firearm.  Customers are responsible to provide us with shipping information.

All firearms are shipped via insured United Parcel Service (UPS) Customers are responsible to pay for shipping and insurance.

All non-custom in-stock products are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

All special orders (including but not limited to optics, barrels, triggers) are shipped as soon as available by manufacture.

All custom orders (including but not limited to custom rifles, barreled actions, prefit barrels, custom ammunition) are shipped upon completion.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at bluemountainprecision@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS  

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Rifles
  • Rifle Packages
  • Barreled Actions
  • Prefit Barrels
  • Custom Ammunition

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Please Note

  • All custom orders (including but not limited to rifles, rifle packages, barreled actions, prefit barrels, custom ammunition) are not returnable. Blue Mountain Precision will fix any mechanical issues under a manufacturer’s warranty of components.
